It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all names, dates and travel details match official passport and visa documents exactly, as errors may result in additional charges or denied travel.
3. Payments
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking with the remaining balance due before a specified deadline. We accept payments through approved methods listed on our website. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking and applicable cancellation charges may apply.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as airline fare fluctuations, hotel rate changes, currency exchange rates or government-imposed fees. Once a booking is confirmed and fully paid, the price will remain fixed, except in cases of government-mandated changes (such as visa fee increases) beyond our control.
5. Visa Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all visa and travel document requirements for Hajj or Umrah travel. While we assist with visa processing, approval is granted solely by the relevant Saudi authorities and we cannot guarantee visa issuance. Any visa rejection is not the responsibility of Hajj Umrah Travel Agency and is non-refundable.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds, where applicable will be processed according to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking, which may vary depending on airline, hotel and visa provider terms. 7. Changes to Bookings
Any requests to amend travel dates, accommodation or passenger details after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges from airlines, hotels or service providers. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests but cannot guarantee approval.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage and travel delays. Hajj Umrah Travel Agency is not liable for any losses that could have been covered by adequate travel insurance.
9. Health and Safety
Pilgrims undertaking Hajj or Umrah should ensure they are physically fit for travel and fulfil any health requirements, including recommended or mandatory vaccinations as advised by relevant health authorities. It is the customer's responsibility to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their travel.
10. Liability
Hajj Umrah Travel Agency acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels and transport companies. While we carefully select trusted partners, we are not liable for delays, cancellations or service failures caused by these third parties. Our liability is limited to the services directly provided by us.
11. Events Beyond Our Control
We shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics or political unrest. In such cases, we will work with customers to find suitable alternatives where possible.
12. Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with local laws and customs throughout their journey. Hajj Umrah Travel Agency reserves the right to refuse service or terminate arrangements for customers who engage in unlawful, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
13. Intellectual Property
